Default 83 VW rabbit pickup
well i picked up my rabbit today, fired right up after sitting from july, need shift linkage bushings and possibly a fender and door if i cant fix them, other then that not bad for $600 with only 91k on the clock

Good luck with it. I had a 1980 that blew 2 motors, and i junked it. This was back in 1990 before all this internet info we have today...

Hell for $600 I can you go wrong with a good running diesel engine !!!!

My 1st vehicle was an 81 Rabbit PU w/ a 83 Sirocco engine in it....I got in trouble w/ that truck. Some day I'll find another and do it up right

I need to find me one a these deals for a run around town car so my truck can quit bein a taxi cab for short trips.
