Default Lots of Blue smoke LB7

2003 LB7 just started smoking but has stopped.... Noticed it smoking BLUE smoke (lots)at all rpms. Even the engine sounded different as in like it was loading up. First thing I did was check the oil. It had used 3 quarts in just a month. I added 3 quarts and drove about 20 miles. Then surprisingly IT JUST STOPPED SMOKING!! All is back to normal now. Checked with a couple people and they suggested the turbo was leaking and pulling the oil out of engine but if it was the seals in the turbo why did it stop smoking? (Yes in still has oil.) Seals dont just fix themselves.... If I am mistaking on the 1 month oil was full, is there any way for it to cause a vacuum if the oil was low and start sucking it out of the engine? Anyone got any ideas on this and if it is the turbo, where is the best place to get a rebuild kit or should I go with a new turbo? If a new turbo is the way to go where do I order one and what should I look for in a turbo?
All suggestions are welcome and Ill check them out.
