Default High pitched whistle

Hey Guys I need some help.

07 Dodge Ram 3500 6.7 4x4

I just did a complete delete of the emissions and installed turbo back pipe delete and installed the smarty jr program.

Here is my concern as I accelerate everything is great until I hit 2000 rpms then there is a high pitched whistle as soon as I drop below 2000 rpms it goes away, if the exhaust break is applied and the motor reves above 2000 rpm it dose the same.

I went through and tightened everything I could possibly tighten that involved the air intake and turbo connections.

Is this normal or do I have a problem and if so what do I need to do to fix this issue.
Thanks for your help

If you hear that whistle followed by a grinding, banging, crunching, all at the same time, then followed by intense flames coming out of the exhaust and between your legs, then you might have cause for concern......... Just kidding dude. Welcome to DB

I just did my delete and took it for a ride. I noticed the noise right away! Now I have read it is normal. No one told me anything about this. I like it
