Default Tranny Limp after CP3 replace

Well got all my problems fixed with new CP3.... Only to catch a limp mode on the first trip out. My truck has been running horrible for the last 3 yrs because the inj pump was ghosted. No power at all and I guess the Allison relearned to this. Well as soon as I got it all fixed I got out on the road hit the gas. Made it to 5th then it limped. Can't remember exact code but one was p0700 and other was 5th gear incorrect ratio or something to that nature. What's the deal with this pickle??

My buddy's got a SnapOn SolusPro we tried doing a tranny relearn and it said request out of range. I drained the fluid and dropped the pan on the tranny... No shavings or brown clutch material. I replaced the suction filter inside while I was at it and the spin on filter and filled with Valvoline Dex VI. Headed back home it threw a valve body code and limped again. Any advice would be awesome cause I'm fresh out

do you have any kind of tuner on the truck? Check your fluid level for vb code, also the new filter you put in might not have sealed, youll know if you drop your pan again and the filter is sitting in it.

Yeah it's got a Banks Six Gun but I haven't turned it up any set on factory 1 right now. I checked the suction filter its sealed. Fluid level is correct too. Fluid I drained before was still red no brown clutch material and smelled like new (40,000 miles). Anything else I can check? Thanks

the 5th gear code usually sets on trans with some miles on them and a fairly high hp tune, if its setting in stock hp levels trans prolly needs to be gone through.

Yeah she's got about 196,000 miles right now. I was hoping that the tranny hasn't relearned yet but I knew I wouldn't be that lucky!
