Question P0611 Fuel Inj. Control Module

First off I started having 'P0611-Fuel inj. Control Module' code pop up and eventually all cylinders had "inj. circuit low" errors pop up 1 by 1.
I was reading that after replacing the FICM most ppl's individual 'inj. circ. low' codes disappeared.

I was wondering how hard it is to replace the FICM and if it is feasable to do it myself at home. I have always done all the work myself on all of my other vehicles but this is my first diesel and I have replace mechanical parts and done all my mods myself but havent got too deep into the motor on her yet.

I'm going to be doing head studs and injectors hopefully sometime this year, right away if the 'inj. circ. low' codes mean my injectors are gone but if they are not I'm getting a new boat instead.
Anyway just inquiring on whether I should just replace the FICM first and see if it clears up the 'low circuit' problems and get a new boat, OOOORRRR if I should just order the new injectors, head studs, fuel pump and tear her apart right away and do everything at once.

You will get individual injector codes when the FICM is going for a poop.

P0611 sets when FICM injector driver voltage is below ~40V

Replace FICM (under degas bottle on valve cover) and have it reprogrammed at dealer with latest flash. They need the software out of your old FICM, so you might be better off just having the dealer swap it out.

Then re-evaluate if you have any injector codes.

FWIW: Diesel Engine Warranty is 5 years 160,000KM or 100,000MI.
