how many psi do you think is safe to push on a wh1c with a hx40 hybrid kit?

You mean the 60mm compressor upgrade?

I think they max out around 35psi.

They'll do more with enough fuel to push it, but it's just hot air after that.

A STOCK TURBO IS GOOD TO 35PSI WOULDNT THAT HYBRID IMPROVE THE FLOW AND BE BETTER PAST 35 PSI? IF NOT THEN WHATS THE POINT OF IT?

A bigger impeller will flow more air, but doesn't change the efficiency rate or MAP range of the compressor itself.

has anybody done it? is it worth it? a buddy of mine is gving it to me.. i am saving for a 64/71/14... but is this worth the time and effort to put in? if so is it a decent diffrence?

It depends on fueling. It will give you a little headroom to turn up the pump, but they will not support bigger injectors.

They are a nice cheap upgrade for a basically stock truck, but save your money if you are looking for alot more power in terms of bigger injectors and associated mods.
